Both rotors are fixed to a set of synchronous gears, so when rotating, a relatively small gap is maintained between the cylinder and rotor, preventing them from touching each other. During the movement from the inlet to the exhaust port in a closed space surrounded by the impeller, shell, and wall panel, the inlet on the shell or wall panel is pre introduced with internal high-pressure gas, so that the internal pressure gradually reaches or approaches the balance of the exhaust port pressure before the primitive volume is connected to the exhaust port. This is the entire process of its operation.
